How much orzo in soup




















This was good, but a little bland. Maybe some red pepper flakes. I didn't drain the orzo, just dumped the whole pan in. Why couldn't the orzo just cook in the broth?

Does anyone have a tip? My family liked it a lot. I made this just like it says except I used dried thyme instead of fresh and left out the parsley. It was easy and tasty, made a fresh side salad and served with some sourdough slices. I will throw this into the rotation.

Love it! And make it even easier by adding the orzo and all liquid to the vegetables at the same time, since all need to cook about ten minutes. And I use leftover roasted chicken or turkey by adding with the spinach.
