The only loot she carries is a key, and she offers to give that to you before the fight. No XP for the fight that I can see, and Morrigan doesn't seem to know if you killed her or picked up the key from Flemeth. So does it have any storyline affect to do that fight especially since I know you see her in DA2?

We know its a task that comes with no real big reward and Morrigan realizes this too. If I would have to quess, I would say it may change her view about many things and so on.

Whether or not this will have any effect for morrigans behavior in any future appearances, is a mystery at the moment. Well the one thing about her that does change is that if her approval gets to max, she really starts to care for the warden.

The warden becomes propably the only person she cares about. Jedimaster88 Status: Offline. By gandanlin - Sat Jul 09, am. She did save the Wardens from the darkspawn in the tower at Ostagar, so there is a sort of debt there that is poorly repaid by coming back and killing her. Of course Morrigan says that Flemeth lives by taking over the bodies of her "daughters," and that may be a good enough reason to do battle with Flemeth. I have tried bargaining with Flemeth but that causes a loss of approval with Wynne, so I reloaded and opted for the fight.
